These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and gsc111 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the gsc111 website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

1. Definitions

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from your gsc111 Account balance to your personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You are not prohibited by law from participating in online betting or gambling activities.
• All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, consultant, agent, or affiliate of gsc111 or any of its business partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the provision or use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted.

gsc111 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension or termination and forfeiture of funds. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an Account, placing bets, or accessing any part of the Platform. Any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately closed and all funds will be returned to the original depositor where possible.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify gsc111 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. gsc111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain Account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming policies, gsc111 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit:

• A clear photo or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP – Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• A recent selfie holding your KTP next to your face.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address).
• Additional documentation as requested by our compliance team.

All documents must be valid, legible, and unaltered. gsc111 typically processes KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

gsc111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (subject to availability).

The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly. gsc111 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction charges. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and funds forfeiture.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible.
• Processing time is typically 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on Account verification status and payment method.
• VIP members receive priority processing with expedited withdrawal times (under 1 hour for Silver tier and above).

gsc111 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits to prevent fraud and money laundering. All withdrawals are subject to completion of wagering requirements if bonus funds are involved (see Section 5).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

From time to time, gsc111 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, free bets, and other incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Eligibility Requirements: Age, residency, Account status, and deposit history.
• Wagering Requirements: The total amount you must wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 100% match bonus up to Rp 2,000,000 with 20x wagering requires Rp 40,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements met within a specified period (e.g., 30 days).

5.2 Bonus Abuse

gsc111 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings, and close Accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., opposite betting, low-risk hedging).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

All bonus decisions are final and at the sole discretion of gsc111 management.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

gsc111 offers betting on a wide range of sports including football (BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and esports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). All bets are subject to the official rules of the respective sport and league. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by governing bodies. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or void event, bets will be refunded unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Live Betting

Live betting (in-play betting) allows you to place bets while an event is in progress. Bets placed after an event has concluded or a decisive moment has occurred may be voided.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via your Account settings.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

gsc111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• You create multiple Accounts or engage in bonus abuse.
• You are found to be underage or located in a restricted jurisdiction.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon Account termination, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. Your remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any fees or outstanding amounts owed to gsc111. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting customer support.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsc111 is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction's arbitration authority. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
